Keeping active and being outdoors, even during the winter, is important to help physical and mental health and wellbeing. We are going through difficult and challenging times but it has never been more important for us to look after our physical and mental wellbeing. A daily walk can do so much for our mind and body We have beautiful walks around the Cloonlarge Loop. Just be still at times and listen to the bird song. Our updated Trail Map is below.
