We continue to take on board the feedback visitors leave for us in our Suggestion Box on Lilliput Way.

You asked for more Fairy Houses so… next time you are up there keep your eyes open for some of the new fairy houses that have arrived.

One little girl in Kilteevan made a personal request for Barbie Fairy house. Well Barbie Fairy has arrived on Lilliput Way with a very fine Boot House. Look well around the old Turf cutting machine. Don’t forget to look up too. .Take note of the new Sign on the fairy holiday accommodation

Greener Spaces Competition 2023 -Kilteevan National School Scoops Awards

The results of Roscommon Co Council Greener Space Competition 2023 were annouced recently at a special award ceremony in Roscommon Arts Centre.

Kilteevan National School were thrilled to receive two two awards.

The school was crowned OVERALL WINNER of the Greener Spaces Primary Schools Competition

Winners of The Biodiversity Matters Award in the Primary Schools Category.

The awards recognise the efforts of Kilteevan National School to showcase the benefits of biodiversity , sustainability , the importance of pollinators and enhancing outdoor spaces. Congratulations to all pupils and staff at Kilteevan National School. We are very proud of this major achievement .
