The launch of Kilteevan Tidy Towns takes place on Saturday May 9^th at 9.00pm in Paddy Finns, Kilteevan.  We are inviting everyone to come along and support us.

Tidy Towns is very much about community. It is a vehicle which brings people together to effect change in their own place. This is our opportunity, in co –operation with the local authority, to improve the environment of Kilteevan. Let us build on our existing sense of place, identity and pride. We have all witnessed the transformation in towns and villages around the country participating in Tidy Towns.

So come along on Saturday night, meet the committee, hear what is going on, and help us to get ready for the adjudication which will take place in early June.

Kilteevan Tidy Towns is holding a church gate collection at St Josephs Church Kilteevan on Sunday May 24^th.

Congratulations to children from Kilteevan National School who received their First Holy Communion today in St. Joseph’s Church . Following the ceremony, the children and their families joined in a celebration in Kilteevan Community Centre hosted by the school community .

Congratulations to Linda Carroll Ballinaboy, Kilteevan who won €402 in St. Joseph's 50/50 draw last night(May 2nd).

The next draw will take place Saturday night (May 9^th) in Paddy Finns.
