One of the best meteor showers of the year The Perseids will be seen over Ireland tonight August 11^th and again tomorrow night.

It will be visible to the naked eye, so just get into a rural location away from light pollution.

With clear conditions forecast in many areas, tonight is the perfect time to sit out and try and get a glimpse. This Meteor Shower was first observed in 36 AD and is visible again tonight.
