Great celebrations in Kilteevan today. Kilteevan Tidy Towns has earned a seven-point increase in the 2019 competition.

And there is more exciting news-The Cloonlarge Loop has won 2^nd Place in the Sustainable Development Award Section of the competition.

Our adjudicator stated in our report “To attain the level of ranking in the competition that you have, in less than 5 years, is also a major achievement.”

Kilteevan Tidy Towns would like to express a sincere thank you to everyone who  helped  in any way, to achieve this outstanding result.

Very Well Done to the organisers and orderly participants in Ithe Global Climate Strike event in Roscommon today.

The event was well organised and supported.

We were addressed by three adults and one very young speaker.

They delivered strong messages-

Climate Change is REAL

We must listen to Scientists

There is NO PLANET B

We need action NOW

We are all climate change activists

We can all bring about change.

Let us all remember -I AM THE CHANGE
