Did you know that enjoying birds in your own garden is good for you?

Scientific research now tells is that getting out and experiencing  nature can help to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Nature helps to improve concentration by decreasing mental fatigue.  It  reduces stress by lowering blood pressure and levels of stress-inducing hormones.

So switch off - look after your mental health- just look at the birds. Wouldn’t  these Glorious Goldfinches photographed in Kilteevan today lift your spirits?

Lilliput Way "Centre Larks”. This new all-weather facility is to facilitate the thousands of Fairy Visitors to Lilliput Way.
