Ms Fahey said that “throughout 2013, this small nation has rediscovered much of what is strong and meaningful in local communities. Given Ireland’s rich literary heritage, it is most appropriate that we are launching a book of reflections as part of The Gathering Ireland 2013.  We celebrate Kilteevan’s own weaver of words Sr Kathleen Glennon born and reared in Clooneskert. We are delighted, honoured and indeed very proud that Kathleen decided to launch this book in this historic room the heart of Kilteevan.  This event, is opening another chapter in the unique history of our small community .Sr Kathleeen Glennon reaches deep into the soul of Kilteevan and gives meaning and shape to what is around us” Ms Fahey concluded.
